I had hoped to finish the parable before last Sunday, when the lesson was used, but it wasn't until I preached the message that I had a direction to finish the artwork. The Unlikely Chosen, our graphic novel translation of the biblical stories of Jonah, Esther, and Amos, is getting closer to press. Dave Sharpe has been brought in to letter the pages, and he is doing an outstanding job. It is a real thrill to see how he helps bring the story to life.

The release date for the book will be later in October. It's a bit like waiting for a baby to be born.
